Nada was born in Egypt. She has been pursuing dance since the age of 15. At 17, she joined the famous Reda Troupe and started dancing professionally. (The Reda Troupe was the first and is the most famous Folklore dance troupe of Egypt.) Nada was trained by The Reda Troupe. Specifically by Hesham Salah, Samy Sediek and coached by Mahmoud Reda. Nada returns to Egypt twice a year to keep abreast of the newest and latest trends in Egyptian dance and music. |

Zahira, a teacher popular for her charisma and friendly approach, is a protege of Hannan Sultan. She has developed an impressive c.v. of dance training including notable influences from Roula Said, Shazadi of Mexico, Saida of Argentina, Yousry Sharif, Aziza, and many more luminaries |

Anuka has trained with many Toronto teachers including Hannan Sultan, Mayada, Roula Said and Nada, and takes several workshops every year with visiting instructors. Her love of music and dance is evident in her performances and classes. She is the choreographer and artistic director for her troupe Mirage. |

Robyn has been dancing and performing for 15 years with training in classical ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, tap, swing dance, contact improv and since 2002, bellydance. She began teaching swing dancing in 2002 and since then has also taught jazz, hip hop and bellydance. She has completed Hadia's Middle Eastern Instructor program and is currently completing her final year of Brian and Faye Foley's 3 year jazz and tap teacher training program. She is a dancer with Rhythm of the Nile Dance Company. |

Abigail (Abby) was a student of
Badia Star and Hannan Sultan. A graceful and engaging performer,
she brings a wealth of knowledge about performance and movement
from her studies in theater arts. Her skill at breaking down
difficult movements and communicating effeciently make her
a valuable instructor. |

Emilia was first exposed to Middle Eastern dance while working in Abu Dhabi. Emilia has studied with notable master instructors such as Aziza, Hadia, Cassandra, Ansuya and many more. Her local instructors over the years were Habeeba Hobeika; Mayada ; Denise, Mary, Saba and Emese. Emilia also currently trains with ballet, chi gong, and pilates. |

Maha has studied in Victoria, B.C
(Christina Bates), Turkey, Egypt and Montreal (Hadia).
Maha completed Level 2 of Hadia’s Teacher Training
and a Professional Dance Training program. Her ability to
break down movements with clear explanations in addition to
her warm and friendly demeanor make Maha a sought out instructor.
Maha has hundreds of performances under her belt in addition
to a gold medal in the 2007 AQDO competition. Maha is greatly
inspired by Egyptian Oriental and is presently most notably
influenced by Dina, Rhonda Kamal, Fifi Abdo, and Ida Nour.
